Ashton absolutely loves the drums and will use anything he can find as a drum from tupperware to the cabinets to his toys, etc. And if he has two of anything in his hands - spoons, straws, crayons, pacis, you name it - they become drumsticks.
One night we took him with us to rehearsal at church, and he got to play on the drumset. The drummer even gave him his own pair of drumsticks! Ashton was thrilled!
He's actually a pretty good little drummer - he keeps a steady beat and plays alternately with both hands. It's pretty amazing for a 20-month-old!

He looks so cute in this picture. I just love him so much! And I'm REALLY excited that he's gonna be a drummer. We need one of those in our family.
My plans were to leave at 5PM today but because of so many extremely cute pictures I am now at overtime and loving it!
